We have central heating for those colder months. And an extremely spacious open plan living vibe.

The property is suitable for any person able to climb 3 initial stairs to the property level (hand rails on decking stairs for aid).
It is not suitable for wheelchair access around the property due to narrow doors, however the property is all one level.
